LOCUS OF A GESTURE CLOSING RECEPTION

Please join us for a closing reception for Locus of a Gesture, a group exhibition featuring work by David Ondrik, Dakota Mace, & Daniel Hojnacki.

At 2 PM, curator Kristie Kahns will lead a guided discussion, starting with the works in the exhibition and expanding to the artistic and scholarly influences that are embedded in the exhibition. Similar to Photography Studies Club, a monthly program at Filter Space which Kahns facilitates, there will be a collection of relevant books to peruse and a discussion of scholarly texts related to the exhibition, especially Kaja Silverman’s The Miracle of Analogy.
