Time has a way of transforming everything. Once upon a time these cars, buildings and people were shiny and new. Their newness has slowly faded away but their spirit remains. Despite the decay there is still beauty, tenderness and spirit. As the photographer, I hope to have captured a poignant moment in this process of transformation that we are all part of.
