JOHN SOBCZAK

John Sobczak began his career with commercial galleries in 1981 after earning his degree in fine art from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Over the years Sobczak has produced and curated numerous exhibitions by important photogrtaphers spanning the medium's history with an emphasis on contemporary practitioners. In 2017 Sobczak founded The Alice Wilds , LLC, a contemporary art gallery in Milwaukee, WI, where he continues his comittment to photography and contemporary photographic artists.
